How we handle it
A modern windshield is a structural part of the vehicle and often carries the camera for lane-keeping and automatic braking. It has to be set in a clean, properly primed opening with the right urethane and given time to cure. We replace windshields, door glass, and back glass, and we vacuum the broken glass out of the vehicle before it goes back to you.
If a claim is involved, we work directly with your insurance company, from the first estimate to the final invoice. You approve the estimate before the work starts, and you hear from us if anything turns up once the panels come off.
